| COMING
TO EVERGREEN IS LIKE
COMING HOME |
|
When
I first drove down
Highway 74 entering
Evergreen, and saw the
majestic mountains and
quaint downtown, I
knew I was home. And
that is from a
“city” boy who had
spent the bulk of his
life until then in New
York City. There were
“short
stops” in my life in
Williamsburg, Virginia
(to get my MBA at
William & Mary),
and in Tucson Arizona;
but neither felt like
home to me. Funny
enough, I discovered
months after I moved
here that in fact my
Dad and Grandparents
had lived in Evergreen
some 75 years ago; and
all along I had
thought that they had
lived their entire
lives in Brooklyn! My
cousin sent me photos
after I moved here of
them at Evergreen
Lake.

Anyway,
before Evergreen, and
while nowadays one
doesn’t like to
admit it, I was a
trader down on Wall
Street (back when Wall
Street’s motto was
“our word is our
bond”) for 15 or so
years; and then, after
a short break to
travel in a motorhome
through 48 states, was
a Realtor in Tucson.

Now
that I am
here where I
belong and
specializing
in Evergreen
Real Estate,
I'll be
happy to
help you
find a great
place to
live or help
you sell
your
Evergreen
home when
you are
ready for
that.
