July 9, 2010: June Closed Sales Improve In Evergreen, Conifer, Pine And MorrisonJune 2010 listed closed sales for the Evergreen/Conifer/Pine/Morrison area were up 6.5% from May 2010, and up 3.2% from June 2009. Some of that increase is probably due to the federal government incentive, which expired April 30th; and that incentive increase in sales will probably show up in sales closing in July and even August as well. However, the good news is that sales in Evergreen, Conifer, Pine and Morrison have shown an almost steady improvement every month this year; and, with the exception of February, have been better than sales for those months in the year 2009.
