The following is a list of most
of the subdivisions in the
Evergreen/Conifer/Pine/Morrison area. In general,
North Evergreen tends to be a bit more expensive,
with the easiest access to I-70 (and accordingly to
Denver and to the major ski mountains). South
Evergreen is generally considered the area south of
Highway 74, and is slightly less convenient to I-70.
Conifer is south of South Evergreen, but still
has easy access to Denver via 285.
Pine is still further south, and a bit more of
a travel into Denver.
Morrison, right next to Red Rock, is east of
Evergreen, and a very short commute to Denver via
Highway 74.
